It isn’t always possible to find super cheap flights to San Francisco but you will be money ahead if you start your search as soon as you know you either need to be, or want to be in San Francisco at a certain time. You can feed them (and they love it) with the food that you can buy from vendors on the wharf.
You can get a tour lined up to visit the wine country of Napa Valley. Here you will be able to visit the tasting rooms, perhaps see where they store the wine in barrels in caves at the wineries or walk through the acres of grapes waiting to be picked. The area is beautiful and the wineries so hospitable that you will surely enjoy your experience.
Maybe you want to see the area from an airship. The Airship Venture Zeppelin has begun taking tours around the bay area. On this airship you will be able to be one of 12 passengers on a 60, 90 or 120 minute ride above the bay area. It is an experience that few people have had the opportunity to do since there has not been a ship like this in the US for over 50 years. Be one of the first to take this tour and enjoy the views and talking to the pilot. You will be glad you did.
